Blame Game

Is this a blame game?
I blame you for falling so low,
and you blame me for everything else,
you make me your foe.

Never wanted things to turn out like this,
didn't think i'd have to contemplate,
if given another try and trusted,
maybe we can change our fate.

But i'm not willing to get hurt,
not ready to be in the crosshairs,
I thought detaching was easy,
got to flight down the fantasy stairs.

But is this a blame game?
want this to end along with the cries,
maybe, it was both of our faults,
even the sun sets in paradise.
